Jacquard

Jacquard is a technique that enables to receive an individual pattern on a fabric by contrasting the background with the elements in a different colour, however it may also provides a monochromatic effect.

Jacquard fabric is created by a complex weave of the warp and different colored threads (1-8). The pattern is formed by coating colored weft. The visual quality is affected by the density and thickness of the warp and the threads which are adapted to the expectations and technical capabilities of a specific pattern.

For weaving jacquard woven labels we use polyester yarns in the matt and slightly shiny specification.

The fabric is subjected to calendering processes, pressing, thermal cutting, ultrasonic or laser in individual shapes.

Jacquard patches can be sewn or transferred with heat press machine.
